PayPal cash card

I recently had my bank card info stolen so a new card has been issued.. will I get refunded the full amount that was taken from my account ? And also how long will it take for my new card to come by mail?

I'm sorry to hear of the trouble with your PayPal Cash Card. 

Have you reported the card lost or stolen? Once the card is reported as lost or stolen, you'd want to follow the steps to request a replacement card. A replacement card will usually arrive in the mail within 7-10 days. If unauthorized transactions took place with the stolen card, be sure to report this to us, so this can be investigated.
