PayPal cash card vs online PayPal purchase

So I think I went over the $3000 limit not sure since it pending authorization I didn’t use my card I used the PayPal checkout link on the website i thought the limit was only for the card does anyone know if that’s the case thanks in advance

"Pending" transaction can mean the transaction is a temporary authorization and the merchant hasn't capture payment yet. Businesses settle up their receivings by end of day or within 3 days, up to 30 days depending on their day to day operation/business model. If paying with PayPal account (not with PayPal cash debit card), you're limited to what you have on your PayPal balance and your funding sources, up to $10,000 per transaction.
