PayPal can’t use anymore

So I know there is a hold on my account for 6 months and I got on hold a littler more days than may 10th and it’s now October i how will I know the date? When I can get it my sons birthday is in a month

The hold is permanent but you can normally withdraw funds after 180 days.

Your best bet is to wait until the phones are back up and running and then phone customer services so that you can speak to an agent.
Then they can help advise on how you can withdraw the funds if and when you are allowed to do so.
