My question is why is PayPal being a pain in the **bleep** they block my account for trying to send money to my girlfriend / adding money to my account now I'm stuck in Finland till next month, since I'm not able to get help from PayPal.
Paypal is country specific so if you have been trying to use a U.S account in Finland then paypal security would kick in and limit your account until you prove its you using that account and not a scammer from another country.
