PayPal balance under - and refund

Hi last week someone hacked my account and did some purchases I call the PayPal and the refund me before i did that I call my bank and I cancel any PayPal transactions now PayPal is asking me for the money

Welcome to the PayPal Community! I'm sorry to hear you've run into some recent unauthorized activity on your account. If you've contacted both PayPal and your bank for a refund, that may have resulted in a double credit for this situation. If that's the case, PayPal may debit your account for the second refund as only one refund should have processed.
