PayPal automated phone system is the WORST

I need to file a dispute but there is some details that I need to talk to a real person about but the phone automation system never lets you through to a real person! So frustrating... remember the days when you could get through to a real person!?

Well as you obviously don't want to talk to us all i can suggest is..........


have you considered contacting Customer Service via Facebook or Twitter?
You can send them a personal message from their facebook or twitter pages.
It's: https://www.facebook.com/PayPal and @AskPayPal for Twitter.
