PayPal authorised to return goods but seller doesn’t accept it

Hi Community I need your precious help to what became a massive headache. I purchased an item which was not in the described condition. Went up to resolution center and PayPal authorised to return the item to the seller stating he had agree on. But at the end the seller didn’t accept the item back which is now again in my hands. Do you know what is going to happen in this case? The case should be closed by the 10th of February. Thank you so much for your insights
