I had this issue last year before (2019) and an agent on the phone resolved it for me nice and quickly. Not sure why it showed up again where I need to confirm my taxpayer status again this year (2020). Now that their customer service phone lines are down, there is no easy way to fix this issue.
I only get the option to submit an ITIN number and putting in my SSN number won't work. I already have an SSN confirmed on my account.
That's the main issue on how to get the account limitation out of my account, but also, in time, will this limit receiving payments through Goods and Services or F&F?
