I received an email from PayPal stating "funds received" from Gumroad site. They also added that before depositing the funds I need to provide more information or recent transaction details. I have provided them with all the necessary information and it shows nothing when going to the resolution center. Also I have received no notification in my PayPal account.
Here is the received email:
"Before we can deposit the funds into your account, we need a bit more information about your account or recent transactions. To provide that, just log in to your account, and go to your account overview. Select the More menu, then choose the link that takes you to our Resolution Centre.
Please provide the missing information by 3 January 2021, or the funds will be returned to the sender. "
Please provide necessary steps to complete the deposit process.
