PayPal are asking for purchase receipt from supplier.

My PayPal account got limited recently, and I have submitted every relevant document that was asked for except for One, Which is Supplier Receipt, I don't know how to go about this particular one because I received money via goods and services, by my friend, he sent it to me just for money transfer, am not selling anything, so I am confused on how to get this supplier receipt, is there any solution to this problem please? I will greatly appreciate.

No it isn't friends and family... that transaction was made via goods and services and now PayPal asking me receipt...

what I mean is that your friend should send via friend and family,not goods and services.

Now Paypal is saying you sold something ,where does that thing come from?

He isn't American because of that (I think you know that option is privilege residents of American)...

then he should not use Paypal,he should use Western Union,bank wire transfer.

or get an intl money order,cashier check.

i am not from USA

my friend from USA send me money as to friend,

paypal is asking me to give them documentation to show them what i sold.

i give them my passport copy, wright some text and explained that i received this money not for selling goods...

but i am still waiting.

paypal answered me today but when I logged in to paypal account and try to do what day said I found that
