I sold something on eBay to a customer and the package was lost in transit and should have arrived first class within 3 days. The customer didn't notify me first, but instead filed a dispute with eBay. eBay contacted me throughout email and I immediately filed a refund through PayPal but it was put into pending, while it is still pending on paypal- eBay refunded the customer again through my PayPal account. I'm wondering if this pending amount will still go through as another refund to the customer. It's very frustrating that it was put in pending, and now I have to figure out if the customer will be refunded twice. Please help!
