Yes, thats right, PayPal are frauds. I purchased an item from www.finetoyou.com. Long story short, it arrived 6 weeks late, was of shocking quality, and was the incorrect item. Complained to the seller, who said it was correct. Complained to PayPal through their automatic system. They said "send it back". The seller has clear terms and conditions which stated that I didnt have to send it back. I communicated this to PayPal, who auto closed the case in favour of the seller. Complained to PayPal, was told "tough". There was some bungling attempt to cover up the fact that PayPal had NOT looked in to the complaint, and now were not going to do anything about it.
1. The items was incorrect
2. The seller has clear terms and conditions that were not abided by
3. PayPal did not investigate
4. When challenged PayPal endorsed the fraudulent practices of the seller
5. This is all documented and easily proved
PayPal is just as fraudulent as the seller.
