PayPal account suspended for being under 18 when created

Hi, a few days ago i received an email from PayPal saying that my account had been suspended as they claimed that I was under 18 at the Time I created my account. I received this email after sending photos of my bank statement and driving licence as requested by PayPal after I reached my withdrawal limit. However, I was 18 at the Time my account was created and I have proof as the email I initially received from PayPal after creating my account was sent 3 days after my 18th birthday, and the driving licence I sent in clearly states I was born 18 years and 3 days before this date. Seems like a major error by the person working for PayPal. Anybody any ideas what I should do as it's pretty annoying not being able to buy anything through PayPal.

Any help is much appreciated.

Thanks
