I recently got an email from PayPal to confirm my identity which involved uploading my proof of address and identity documents which I did and provided my documents. I however got an email two days later that my appeal was denied yet I had not made any appeal I just provided my documents. Here is the issue now. When I log into my PayPal on my notification bar I have a message and I'll quote "You've exceeded a regulatory limit on payments you can send in a year. To comply with regulations, we need to confirm your identity as the account owner. This will help you avoid account limitations." To which I click okay and it directs me to a page where I am asked to resubmit the documents. I did so and it tells me to wait seven days as they review my account. My question is, is this account limited permanently or what is happening?
