PayPal account has been restricted for suspicious sales despite not selling.

I have been required to show proof of sales but I haven’t sold, I suspect the problem is due to money I received from an online gambling site and I’m asked to show receipt of purchase from manufacturer along with many other things. What can I do?

Thanks for reaching out! Welcome to the PayPal Community. When resolving an account limitation, you may run into this issue from time to time. If you're unable to supply that specific document, but can supply a receipt or confirmation of where the funds came from, I'd recommend trying to supply that instead. At worst, give our Customer Support a call and try to explain it over the phone.
