PayPal account disabled before receiving even my first payment

Hi, so around a week ago I landed a new contract with a client and agreed on using PayPal for the monthly transactions. However, now I've got a notification telling me my account has been restricted and will not be eligible for use in the future, nor will I be able to create a new account with the same bank details. All of this happened just as I was about to receive my first payment from my client. As far as I'm aware, the content I create is entirely within PayPal's terms of service and shouldn't break any rules. They're simple YouTube thumbnails. Any and all help is greatly appreciated, thank you in advance.

And trying to complain to PayPal is an exhausting waste of time.  To test the system, I paid myself £1:00, which PayPal have kept.  Clearly they are a very unethical company that cannot be trusted.
