I just reviewed my bank statement and there is withdrawal by PayPal that I did not authorize. It happened the same day as an authorized transaction and looks like an error. I have tried to contact PayPal to resolve but so far they haven't helped at all. It is impossible to speak with a human being, apparently. Any advice on how to resolve this, short of hiring a lawyer or reporting it the police?
