PayPal Transfer refund

Hi, I purchased goods on Facebook market via Shopify and used PayPal transfers for payment.  A few days later the store went offline and the seller disappeared from Facebook. I didn't receive my goods at all. When I use the Paypal Resolution centre, the transaction doesn't appear in the list so I can't select it to lodge a dispute. How do I lodge a dispute with Paypal for this? Is there a facility to submit proof of the transaction?
