I shipped via UPS and paid for the delivery $11.39 quoted by UPS. PayPal charged me $13.90 for the $11.39 label. Why is PayPal charging $2.51 or almost 25% surcharge? This fee is usury and against the law.
Filed a dispute with the Resolution Center. The company that charged me never responded to PayPal. I received the money back in my bank account today. The company knows that I filed the dispute and chose to ignore it.
It is the last time that I’ll deal with that national company for shipping products.
