I recently made a purchase via PayPal and was sent the transaction confirmation email but when I try to view it through the link it tries to make me choose new password. I am having issues with the seller and a product that arrived not as described. UPS delivered it even though it had a signature and the product was used and broken, not to mention the box was nearly destroyed and had not Styrofoam or Bubble wrap to protect the product and can't view it in my account for some reason. I did not sign out as a guest or else it would have gone to a different email.
