I am an existing PayPal customer and I paid roughly $1,000 in rental fees to Thrifty Car Rental service and within that amount I had to pay a $200 security deposit and so upon returning the car rental I was informed that my security deposit would be returned to my account but some mishaps ended up happening and my account is negative $94.00 which doesn't suppose to be as if my account went into over draft or some sort and I have been catching Hell trying to speak with customer service plus I've emailed transaction IDs and Everything. Can someone please provide me with a number so I can speak with customer service asap or the best advice possible...
