I have emailed PayPal customer service about 20-30 times since April about an issue i had with a transaction and they haven't responded to one email. its now September and I still haven't had a response to the first email. is anyone else having this issue? or is there another way i can get into contact with them?
I need to talk to customer service not an automated response which i have gotten from them on Facebook, twitter, Instagram and the message center
