I run an online business that facilitates services for online gaming and people need to pay a certain amount in order to become service providers and a little while ago the Paypal I accept money with went negative because of some chargebacks and there was someone who paid a deposit to offer services $550.00. I decided to have him just send money via his debit card to the PayPal accounts that went negative (Which he did). Now, recently this person charged back the payments as "unauthorized" so the account as yet again negative and I don't have the money to pay for all of the chargebacks that were done fraudulently and the payment was made via Debit Card and over the phone with him in a 3waycall.
