How can PayPal knowingly allow scammers to take advantage of already short supply of products enabling horrible people to take advantage of people around the holidays. It’s shameful. It should not be allowed to charge more than retail for the first 6 months of a new product launch especially for gaming consoles and other goods targeted by bots.
