Hi Community,
I have screenshots of a person wearing a good that claimed to not have received. The 'dispute' was closed and in their favour before I found these - what to do?
In the event of an item not received dispute the only way the seller can win is by providing a tracking number showing delivery of the item to the buyer, no tracking = you don't sadly win.
They don't take 'photos' 'emails' 'texts' or anything else as proof.
