So my friend was trying to pay me $75 in order for me to buy him some items but I refunded it back to him on this account because I wasn't able to see the "Accept Money" on paypal where it gave me a negative balance making me have -$14.00. So I'm very confused on why I was charged -$75.00 from paypal. Heres the description of the merchant from paypal:
