PayPal Dispute Issues with COVID 19

Hello,
So recently my finical institution had ignorantly mistaken my words and thought I had stated that the account was under fraud/identity theft - as a result it had started to dispute all my charges that were at most 180 days old. My friends, and merchants now have a temporary negative balance. I had called my Finical Institution on 07/11/2020 thankfully withdrawing the fraud claim. They claims/disputes have been closed by them (that is what they told me). It is now 2 Business Days or 4 Regular days. How long will it be until PayPal acknowledges that my Finical Institution closed the cases on their end? I am covering my friends/merchant negative balance but this is setting me back. Can someone please help me? This is really frustrating and annoying as I am aware that PayPal does not even accept calls still 🙄
