PayPal Denied my Case where I did not authorize - What is the next steps

I did not authorize a charge with netflix. Netflix confirmed that it is coming from a different email (not mine). However PayPal says I authorized the charges and they denied the charges. In this Era, Paypal says I need to sent a SnailMail to Paypal to request for a copy of authorization.
Can someone help on what would be the next steps ?

I have been disputing my case with PayPal for over a year now.. it is very frustrating. I'm still waiting for a reply from the letters I was asked to submit with case #s from the FTC and IC3 reports I made. Ridiculously slow, time consuming and arduous.
