I ordered a flute but it hadn't arrived for two months, so I put in a dispute. The package finally arrived from China, but it was three disposable face masks instead of the flute I ordered. PayPal denied my dispute because the package did arrive. Now there is no way of filing a second dispute because PayPal doesn't allow it. Evidently, PayPal personnel think I intentionally paid $57 for three disposable face masks. Furthermore, this vendor is obviously a scam artist and PayPal isn't even looking into the matter. Has anyone else had a similar problem with PayPal?
