PayPal Denied My Dispute

I set up a dispute with PayPal as I had not heard any response from the seller.  The seller then closed down the webpage.... PayPal did hear from the seller with a shipping number. PayPal said they closed my dispute due to this. I did not receive what I ordered. This dispute should have never been closed!! I can't appeal the decision, any advice is greatly appreciated. Of course, I have no way of contacting PayPal.
