Do the same people that own AT&T own PayPal? Because there no one to get a hold of. How do you update an open case? I have communicated with a seller to receive a refund, however the seller will not update PayPal with said agreement. I have tried myself to update the case to no avail. How long does it take to get a refund or close a Case?
