PayPal Charged Me Twice For a Depop Return

Recently I sold an item on Depop. I made a mistake in listing the item, so through PayPal I refunded the buyer. The charge went through on 8/31 and PayPal says that the buyer has received their return but on 9/4 I was charged again for the return and in my purchase history there's another refund charge. I've tried to call but due to COVID-19 there are a limited number of assistants and all the automated voice did was tell me to try here, so I'm hoping someone will be able to provide me with some assistance.
