Hello, I received an email from PayPal in 2018 that I could no longer use the platform until I turned 18. Once 18, it said I would be able to close my account and then make a new one. I am now 18 and replied back to that email and I got an automatic reply informing me to contact them through a call or a message. However, once I go into my PayPal account it says that I can't contact them due to my account having a permanent limitation on it.
I have received contradicting information from PayPal and I have been completely blocked from solving this situation. I get informed to contact them to resolve my issue but then once I log in, I am banned from contacting them. I have absolutely no idea how to resolve this situation and have been blocked from contacting PayPal.
How do I go about this if I am not even able to contact them?

Open a new account > contact them with it > ask them to transfer any funds in the old account.
