Hi, I'm from the Philippines. PayPal is asking me to provide my "National ID", what is that? Is it the same as my tax identification number? Because that's the only ID that I can get. No drivers license, no passport (yet). Please help. Thanks

Hi @cysnchz,
Thanks for posting in relation to this.
When you sign up for a PayPal account in Philippines you need to provide a photo ID at registration. This would need to be a passport, driving licence or a national ID card. A national ID card is a photo ID card issued by the government. It would need to show your name, a photo and a date of birth. This would not be a tax identification number.
