Our nonprofit has used PayPal for years, however, we were told yesterday that our account would be limited. I sent the requested information via the resolution center, but they still limited the account. The issue is that we raised $6,000 during a virtual conference using GoFundMe, but now that money is essentially inaccessible because our PayPal Giving Fund account--which was just approved--is now limited. I'm beyond frustrated and I feel terrible that we raised this money from generous donors that we can not access. Any ideas? I wish I could speak to someone physically. This is immensely frustrating.
