Pay pal dispute policy

Dec 4, 202 PayPal paid a merchant for an item not received (thought illegal) Dec 14, began a complaint against the merchant Immediately they supplied a phony tracking number, phone number an phony business address After many many emails Feb 8 th received the order (junk) with no recourse to return. So PayPal said pound sand, u received your order GOODBYE PAYPAL GOING TO SPREAD THE WORD THEY LOVE MERCHANTS. DISLIKE US

Hit the bell icon on your account to message PayPal to switch the claim to significantly not as described, reference the dispute case ID number.

 

If that didn't work, then contact you credit card issuer to dispute it.
