Pay my Bills

Hello community i'm trying to pay my bills but my account is permanently limited in Paypal what should i do ? my balance is stuck there and my supplier is reminding me every time to pay i want to pay him but its not working

Sorry but your account is fried if it is permanently limited. Didn't you get the email saying you can no longer use PayPal? You'll just have to find another way to pay your supplier. You must wait the 180 days before you can withdraw the PayPal account funds if they haven't fined your account for damages for violating user agreement/acceptable use policy before the 180 days are up.

i'm sure i did not broke any rules i'm doing business with Paypal long time ago.... i did not get it, but i wish they could help me to pay him and also i want to switch my account to a personal account since i'm not doing any business with Paypal for now.
