I requested a refund for items I NEVER received, Pay Pal refused my claim, I have video surveillance of days before and days after the so called supposed delivery time and date of the items I ordered, I guess proof of NON DELIVERY means nothing to Pay Pal, after all these years using Pay Pal I am certainly disappointed not only by the Sell but also by Pay Pal, I guess I will now need to find another way to make purchases on line.
