One of the most important reasons having a Pay Pal account is to be able to obtain protection from fraudulent companies and submit disputes to get your money back. Pay Pal won't even pick up the phone now - their dispute line hung up on me twice today - and the online dispute form is ridiculous.
- If you have multiple unauthorized transactions from a same company you cannot claim the TOTAL, you can only dispute one transaction at a time - which is ABSOLUTELY RIDICULOUS. WHAT HAPPENED TO PAY PAL CUSTOMER SERVICE? If this is how unorganized you will be going forward I will be cancelling my account today.
