Im having an issue with Pay Pal holding very large payments from me for longer than needed because of the "Confirm Your Identity" issue. After sending my ID image and an image of me multiple times it keeps saying it can not confirm it. I have no idea why but I run a online Business and my money comes in from Pay Pal and im not making my money fast enough like I use to because of this issue. Anyone know how to fix it?
