I recently purchased 2 items off eBay. After a month of not receiving either item I contacted the seller but had no response. I then opened a dispute with eBay and they refunded me but for only 1 of the items.
I tried to open a resolution with Pay Pal to get the rest back but they closed the case as soon as I opened it saying I had already had a refund. Is there anyway to get the rest of the money back?
