Partial Order received

I ordered 3 items

They sent 1

I filed Paypal claim for not receiving and Paypal changed it to not as described

Now they say return the items for a refund

I do not have 2 of the items to return.  I can return the 1 item but that is all I received

I asked here before but some sharpiemarker person answered with some stupid response of return the items for a refund

Not the brightest marker in the lot, or cannot read because they don't clue in to how do I return the items that I did not get

So does someone with common sense know what to do

I called Paypal but like others the phone just gets cut off when you try to connect to someone live
