Parcels not received from Tecobuy

I bought two Air pods in Tecobuy in early February and not receive my items until now. I waited more than a month.

 

They have very poor customer services and the tracking number they provided show no record of parcel. 

 

I've requested Paypal to help me get a refund from this situation. I have to wait until the end of March to know whether my case can be solved or not.

 

Very ridiculous experience of online shopping ever.

 

Does anyone have the similar problem and knowing how to claim the money back?

Yes, I had same problem, waited for my airpod pro for more than 1 month. Today they gave me some IT help desk number and asked to follow up with it. They are scamming people directly.

Over 1 month now since I ordered galaxy buds, and still not yet with the courier, been fobbed off by their customer service several times, I have asked for a refund and they just ignore it. Shocking that these people are allowed to trade in the UK, or anywhere else for that matter.
