Paypal has not been responding to my complaint and request for a refund of illegal counterfeit currency (Silver Eagles) I have received from China. They closed my case clearly without reading the complaint. Has anyone else had this experience? How can I talk to an actual person at Paypal? The CIA has been notified, but they can't give me my money back. I cannot return counterfeit US currency legally. They won't respond to any of that.
