Have paid an outstanding balance - for an ebay sale that's still in dispute!? - and PayPal are demanding that i pay? It's come out of my bank acc as is on my statement! I paid 5 days ago yet still am unable to send money without having to pay it off again, customer support is a joke too, keeps sending me links to pay it...
