Bought 1 year of service from a dealer for a simm card for wireless ipad access. And they cut the service after 181 days. I paid in full for a discount after using it for several months. then it just stopped working. Opened a claim and it was closed due to being over 180 days. the bill i was sent states it was for 1 year and the dealer will not respond at all. How can i move forward and get half my money back because half of the contract was fulfilled?
