Paid for a travel service, then cancelled months later...no refund

Hello,

In January, my husband and I were organizing and purchasing travel services for our first vacation in October.  Obviously we had to cancel and everyone refunded EXCEPT the shuttle service (home to airport and back again).  We called and emailed to cancel at least 30 days prior to the scheduled service date (you can cancel up to 24 hrs before).  No answer from repeated contacts with this company.  Crickets.  I've called and called and emailed.  Nothing.  Now it's almost a month later and I don't know what to do.  We paid using our credit card through Paypal and the transaction doesn't even appear in our Paypal transaction list so I can't dispute it!  What's up with that?  And my visa company says I have to dispute through Paypal or the merchant.  I'm super confused.  I can't find any info on Paypal's site about how to deal with this.
