Paypal received the money they asked me for on March 25, 2019. There was a double credit that I had not been aware of. I am still waiting for my account limitation to be removed. I have spent several days on hold on the phone trying to get someone to help. I hope someone at PayPal can straighten this out. I don't know what else I can do. 9 months is a long time to wait.
