Paid a deposit on a custom guitar build 600 through PayPal It was supposed to take eight weeks we are now at four months can I get my money back from PayPal? Every time I call them I get someplace in Indonesia and they tried to get me to get a google credit card to get anything done anybody have any ideas?

Locate the payment transaction in your account activity, click it, then click "Report a problem" to open Item Not Received dispute.

I would read posts from people here when calling PayPal customer service would ask people to get a gift card for them and that is strange. Were they advertising to sell gift card or asking you to buy a gift card and give the code to them, like a scam?  That is wild stuff.

Click HELP at the top menu, scroll down to click CONTACT US, and then scroll down to click CALL US.
