My wife ordered 2 x orders from jinzhou network technology in may this year. 1 was for 3 dresses for £62.97. Also an item for £16.99. I did not receive these and put a claim in with pay pal l finally received the package for £16.99 last month. But I have now received an email saying pay pal has closed the claim for 16.99 but they have also closed the case for £62.97 ???? My wife has still not received the dresses and they is no prove of the delivery to my address.
